Joshua Cruce is an Executive General Adjuster, Xactimate Certified Trainer and Executive Management Consultant in the P&C insurance sector.
Josh has served in several executive leadership roles within the property claims industry, including Vice President of Catastrophe Claims and Chief Strategy Officer for well known and respected claims service organizations.
Prior to his tenure in insurance, Josh served in the United States Army, where he was subsequently wounded in combat operations and retired.
