What is Indemly Live?
Indemly is proud to offer Indemly Live, a calendar full of live Xactimate training classes led by Xactimate Certified Trainers! Every month, you can expect 6-10 live classes with topics geared toward all competency levels! Indemly Live covers topics from Xactimate skillbuilding, advanced estimation skills, and peril specific training. Indemly Live is built to support adjusters, contractors and building consultants throughout the year, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed on every project!
How do I purchase a class?
You can purchase live classes from the Indemly Live calendar! You can purchase classes individually or you can subscribe to Indemly Live all access pass, which gives you access to all live classes and previously recorded classes for a monthly membership fee! You can cancel anytime.
How do I join a training class after I purchase it?
Once you purchase a class (or have an all access membership), you can access your classes from your Indemly Dashboard. You will see upcoming live classes and previously recorded classes you have purchased. Live classes are hosted via Zoom with the access link in the course you purchase.
What technology do I need to participate?
You'll need a computer or mobile device with internet access and audio capabilities. All live classes are hosted via Zoom, which you can access using the web browser, so you do not have to download software unless you want to. Specific system requirements for accessing the virtual classroom platform will be provided in the course’s description.
What happens if I can't attend the live class after I purchase it?
No problem! Recorded sessions you have purchased will be available on your Indemly Dashboard for one year after purchase (or as long as you have your Indemly Live all access pass), so you can review or catch up on missed material at your convenience.
Will I get a refund if I don’t attend the live class?
We understand things happen, and sometimes you cannot make it to a live class. To continue to provide low cost, high quality classes, we do not offer refunds if you cannot attend the live class. However, you will have access to the recording of the class in your Indemly Dashboard.
Are the classes interactive?
Yes! Unless otherwise stated, our live training classes are highly interactive. Participants can ask questions, participate in discussions, and engage in hands-on exercises facilitated by the instructor to enhance their learning experience.
